CANCELLATION FEES – General
Unfortunately we find it necessary to charge cancellation fees. In doing so we have tried to be as fair as possible both to you and us as a company. Most bookings are made several days, even weeks in advance and the chances of us being able to take another booking once you have cancelled yours at short notice are minimal. These charges are essential as once we confirm a booking we guarantee the driver and car will be available for your exclusive use. We never double book so we refuse all other bookings for that same period. If you need to cancel your booking, you should advise us as early as possible by telephone and confirm by email.
Our cancellation charges are as shown below:
7 days notice of cancellation – no fee
5 – 7 days notice - 25% of fee will be charged
3 – 4 days notice - 50% of fee will be charged
2 days notice - 75% of fee will be charged
1 day notice - 100% of fee will be charged.
Payment
Payment can be made by Cash, BACS, Cheque, Credit Card or Debit Card. We accept most Credit and Debit Cards but Credit Card payments are subject to a 5% surcharge with a minimum £5 charge. We are happy to arrange account facilities subject to usual credit checks.
